2016 WU Hawaii Club's 27th Lu'au
2016's theme is Mai Ka Hala i Ka ʻĀnō, From Past to Present. This program focuses on celebrating the transformation of Hawaiian music over the years. Each song performed will represent a distinct era of Hawaiian music in history. Their mele, songs, have gone through a world of change - demonstrating variety and originality in our culture. Through the theme, performers will learn about, and share the story of Hawaiʻiʻs musical history.
